The 2Mothers Foundation was established with the aim to empower disadvantaged women who care for their children who have additional needs, by providing them with training, support and flexible work opportunities.

2Mothers collaborates with organisations in Bangladesh and worldwide, to offer training for the women to develop their skills in creating beautiful products from the natural fibre jute. Importantly, they have the flexibility and assurance of being close to their children by choosing to work either at home to care for them, or at a safe workshop next to their children’s school.
