Made with melt in the mouth all butter pastry, filled with traditionally kiln smoked haddock, salmon and king prawns in a rich mature Cheddar and parmesan sauce. They make a luxurious festive starter, or a light lunch with crisp salad leaves.

A luxurious upgrade on the classic prawn cocktail sauce, made with a generous splash of Cognac. Stir through king prawns, crayfish tails and cold water prawns for the ultimate prawn cocktail, and decorate with a wedge of lime.
