Polly the Polar Bear Cheesecake

A rich baked Belgian chocolate cheesecake on a cocoa biscuit base, topped with Belgian chocolate ganache. Finished with a dusting of sweet ‘snow’ in the shape of our cute festive character Polly the Polar Bear, complete with her signature gold nose. It's made for little (and big) smiles.
