A Feast for Everyone

A colourful feast of flavours, perfect as a festive starter. The individual stacks are layered with potato rosti, butternut squash, beetroot and sweet potato, complemented by a spinach and confit garlic sauce, and finished with a sprinkle of parsley and pumpkin seeds.

A mouthwatering main course for any festive celebration. It's made with crisp, buttery puff pastry, topped with baby shallots and red onions in a sweet and sticky glaze made with sherry vinegar, balsamic, honey and thyme. Delicious with all the Christmas Day trimmings, or with salads for a lighter meal on those in-between days.
